An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Datamars Denmark who are seeking to recruit a Production Supervisor based at our site in Søholt, Maribo. The role is full-time Monday – Friday working a permanent day shift pattern.
The successful candidate will report directly to the European Operations Manager with support from our local teams within Denmark and will be responsible for:
- Recording and checking of receipts of deliveries against Purchase Orders for accuracy and or damage
- Notify Purchasing / Planning of any short deliveries and a pro-active approach to any potential production issues
- Maintain our on-site laser marking machines (training provided)
- Be part of and manage our small team of operators, this will include a daily need to operate one or more of the laser marking machines
- To monitor the accuracy of the Team’s daily work schedule
- Organise the daily work-load to ensure we meet our delivery service levels
- Ensure H&S procedures are adhered to and when required implement any change in procedure
- To contribute to continuous improvements
- Be part of small project teams when required and support our global IT team with implementation of new systems or processes
- Taking calls from both internal and external colleagues and customers
- Any other duties that could reasonably be expected as being within the remit of the post.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: According to qualifications and experience.
